Lobby group to explain Manx political system
Thu, 16 Jun 2011
A politcal lobby group is to hold a meeting in Ramsey to help locals understand the Manx parliament system. The Positive Action Group says they've been asked to have a meeting as some of their supporters don't understand how the Island's political system works. With a General Election taking place in September, PAG says it's been asked to explain how Manx politics works. Clare Faulds, a Senior Magistrate and Coroner at the Falkland Islands Government, is to speak at the event. The meeting takes place in Ramsey Town Hall at 7.30 on Monday evening.
