Steve Rodan has announced he will defend his seat in the House of Keys at November's General Election. The Health and Social Security Minister has served the Garff constituency since 1995 - this will be his fourth election. Mr Rodan,who had 5 years as Education Minister before taking over at the DHSS believes the Island will face many new economic,social and political challenges over the next 5 years, and says Government and Tynwald must be up to the job.
