A member of the Legislative Council has announced he's to stand for the House of Keys. Leonard Singer hopes to win a seat in Ramsey in this November's general election. He was last elected to the Keys in 2001 and was elevated to Leg Co 2 years later. He will be up against sitting members Ann Craine and Alan Bell who're defending their seats. Mr Singer says he was moved to seek election in response to the row over the restoration of 24 hour cover at Ramsey Cottage Hospital. Energy FM News
