An accountant from Port St Mary has declared his intention to stand for election to the House of Keys in November. 26 year old Juan Watterson was born and schooled in the South of the Island before furthering his education at the University of Lincolnshire. In recent years he has served as a member of the Police Consultative Forum and as well as chairing the Junior Chamber of Commerce. 6 candidates have already announced their intention to seek election as one of 3 MHK's serving Rushen.
