A fourth candidate has put himself forward to stand in the Douglas North constituency. Mark Atherton will battle it out for one of 2 seats against sitting members Bill Henderson and John Houghton, and Manx Labour Party member Mike Coleman. Mr Atherton works as an assistant buyer for local developers JG Kelly and is a father of one.
