Another candidate has declared his intention to stand for election to the House of Keys in November. Bill Malarkey of Farmhill plans to contest the 2 seats in the Douglas South constituency alongside sitting member David Cretney,former MHK Phil Kermode and David Buttery. The 55 year old electrical engineer is a member of Peter Karran's newly formed Liberal Vannin party. Energy FM News
