A fifth candidate has stepped forward to represent the Liberal Vannin party in the November election. Nigel Dobson has announced he'll contest the seat in Garff which is currently held by Health Minister Steve Rodan. The Baldrine businessman is the director of a company which operates the Liverpool Arms pub and is a past president of the Onchan Rotary club. Energy FM News
