Two more candidates have declared their intention to stand for this Novembers House of Keys General Election. Postman, 44 year old Graham Cregeen of Ballasalla is to stand in the Malew & Santon constituency. Mr Cregeen is concerned that over the past five years there have been many expensive enquiries but with no apparent result. Although he hi-lights many failings of the past administration, Mr Cregeen says there have been many successes over the past term, such as the shipping register, the tax strategy and the pending aircraft register. The sixth candidate to stand in South Douglas has declared. 29 year old Frank Schuengel was a leading anti-speed limit campaigner and aims to make the Isle of Man 'a dynamic place to live and work'.
