Confusion over constituency boundaries in Douglas and Braddan has been cleared up by the Government's Electoral Registration officer.

Residents of Upper Farmhill have received campaign literature over the last few weeks from candidates standing in Middle and South Douglas in November's House of Keys general election.

It prompted a number of Energy FM listener's to query the accuracy of the electoral lists the candidates work from when targeting potential voters.

However,Stephen Carse has confirmed the lists are correct and puts the situation down to over enthusiastic helpers delivering the leaflets to addresses outside the South Douglas constituency.
