Stowell to stand for Keys

The Chairman of Onchan Commissioners will be standing for the House of Keys.
Brian Stowell informed the board of his decision at a meeting last night.
His term as Chairman will end at the Commissioners first meeting in May, when a successor will be appointed.
Mr Stowell was unsuccessful when he stood for Onchan in the last general elections in 2006.
