A political lobby group on the Island is urging members of the public to speak up ahead of this year's General Election. The Positive Action Group will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, to find out what the important issues are for voters. PAG hopes the meeting will help successful election candidates to keep pre-election promises. The group is asking for a broad section of people to attend, to get a variety of views. The Island goes to the polls on September 29th. The Postive Action Group Meeting takes place in the Manx Legion Club in Douglas at 7.30 on Monday evening
