Gawne calls for change in system for appointing Chief Minister

The Minister for Infrastructure wants to see changes in the way the Island's Chief Minister is voted in.
Phil Gawne believes the people of the Island should have more say on who is appointed.
The Rushen MHK also says he has no interest in going for the top job any time soon.
He wants to see election candidates declare their interest before the polls.
