Former MNFU president to stand in Middle

The former president of the Manx National Farmers Union is to stand in the General Election.
Howard Quayle from Crosby is the third candidate to declare an interest in serving the constituency of Middle.
Mr Quayle spent five years as president of the MNFU, ending last year, during which he was involved in discussions with Members of the European Parliament and the Agricultural Commissioner.
