Onchan MHK to seek re-election

An Onchan MHK has confirmed he'll be standing in this year's General Election.
David Quirk polled third for the constituency in 2006, and has served Onchan alongside Peter Karran and Adrian Earnshaw.
Mr Quirk is currently a political member for the Department of Infrastructure
He stood in several elections before making it to the House of Keys.
He told Granada Reports that financing was a big problem whilst campaigning.
