Party welcomes survey ahead of revealing its own findings

The Liberal Vannin Party has welcomed the initial findings of a survey into the political views of the Isle of Man.
The Manx People Power Survey revealed that voters want to know in advance if a prospective MHK plans to stand for Chief Minister.
The research is being carried out by retired international marketing expert Hugh Davidson.
Liberal Vannin says it's previously campaigned for candidates to have to announce publicly their intention to stand for the Chief Minister role before an election, but that it failed to gain support.
The party has been conducting its own research, Isle of Man Island Issues.
The results will be published online later this week.
