Accountant seeks election in Ramsey

An accountant is seeking election in Ramsey.
Lawrie Hooper will be standing in next month's House of Keys General Election.
He currently works at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr Hooper is the sixth candidate to declare for Ramsey, which elects two MHKs.
