An election candidate says the management of the Island's relationship with the UK must improve in the next five years.
Laurence Skelly, seeking election in Rushen, believes the way the Isle of Man works with the United Kingdom is one of the greatest priorities for the next Government.
He says there have been challenges because of the relationship for the last Government [play clip]
