More trust needed between UK and IoM, says Leather

A Castletown election candidate says the Isle of Man and the UK need to trust each other more.
Colin Leather says the relationship between the two nations is strained, and that this needs to be improved.
Mr Leather believes the Island was conning the UK Government through the VAT deal, and that the latest reductions mean the Manx Government is now getting its fair share.
