A Douglas Councillor has announced he'll stand in the General Election later this year. Richard Kissack wants to represent the constituency of Douglas East in the House of Keys. He was elected to Douglas Council unopposed in 2008. He lives and works in Douglas, running Ambitions recruitment agency with his wife.
