Mon, 15 Aug 2011
The Community, Culture and Leisure Minister says housing remains the biggest issue within his constituency.
David Cretney believes the quality and affordability of homes in Douglas South remains a problem for some.
Mr Cretney says some homes were too cold for residents to sleep in when he first became a MHK, but that refurbishment and rebuilding schemes have gone a long way to solve that.
He's seeking re-election, having represented the constituency since 1985
