Mr Singer would like to see a marina in Ramsey harbour
Ramsey residents want more to be done to improve the town.
Election candidate Leonard Singer says the main concern in the constituency is the town's appearance and a lack of amenities.
The Ramsey Commissioner is a former MHK and MLC.
