Another election candidate has stepped forward for West Douglas.
Retired fireman John Skinner has announced he's going for one of the two seats in the constituency.
Mr Skinner wants the government to better inform the public about reasons behind decisions which may affect the population.
He also believes health and education should be the cornerstone of any government and he doesn't want to see these face cuts during tough economic times.
Current MHKs Geoff Corkish and John Shimmin, along with taxi driver Martin Moore are the other candidates for Douglas West.
The election is being held on 29th September.
