MHK wants Government to focus on Island's capital

An MHK seeking re-election to Douglas East says residents in the area feel like they're being engulfed by the town.
Chris Robertshaw says constituents are unhappy at people using the area to park.
Mr Robertshaw has only served Douglas East for just over a year, having been elected in a by-election last May.
He also highlights the economy and job security as issues that need to be focused on.
