An election candidate for Douglas East believes the Island gets a poor deal with the television licence fee.
Richard Kissack believes the Island is getting overcharged by the BBC.
Within the constituency, he says parking is one of the major concerns.
But nationally, the Douglas Councillor says he'd like to see the Island take charge of how much money the public service broadcaster gets [play clip]
Outgoing MHKs Brenda Cannell and Chris Robertshaw are also standing in Douglas East, along with broadcaster Paul Moulton, chef John Karran and teacher Geraldine O'Neill
