An election candidate standing for Garff says the Governmnet needs new blood and people willing to make the difficult decisions.
Local businessman Nigel Dobson says the first thing that needs tackling by the new administration is expenditure.
The Liberal Vannin member says tough decisions need to be made in the next 12 months, many which should have already been taken.
Mr Dobson says the government needs to operate in a more business-like way.[Play media file below]
