A Castletown election candidate believes the Government has overspent during the last five years.
David Pownall thinks the Government carried out schemes planned in stronger economic times despite the downturn.
However, Mr Pownall says the Government did do a good job [play clip]
Also seeking election in Castletown are Richard Ronan, Carol Quine, Colin Leather, Jason Moorhouse and Mahendra Patel.
Outgoing MHK Tony Brown isn't seeking re-election.
