Rushen challenger wants to see enterprise zone

An election candidate standing in Rushen wants the Island to become an enterprise zone.
Laurence Skelly believes the Island should be targeting new industries to boost the Manx economy.
He'd also like to see the creation of a Manx savings bond, similar to that already in place in the UK.
